1. Definitions

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Acceptable identity documents include Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. 4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with wd808. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you must provide:

• Valid email address (must be accessible and unique to you)
• Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification
• Secure password meeting minimum requirements (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 or older)

4.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and losses incurred. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify wd808 customer support and change your password.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Accounts that remain unverified for more than 90 days may be subject to temporary suspension until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

wd808 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with most methods requiring a minimum of Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes for electronic transfers and e-wallet transactions. Bank transfers during non-banking hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) may experience processing delays. wd808 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees according to their terms.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wd808 reserves the right to confiscate funds deposited from third-party sources and return them to the originating account, minus any processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposit to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and verification status:

• Verified Accounts during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 WIB): 15-30 minutes for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), instant to 15 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay)
• Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays: up to 24 hours

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 200,000,000 per day, and Rp 500,000,000 per month for standard Accounts. VIP Accounts may qualify for higher limits. wd808 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, intermediary banks may deduct fees from the transferred amount.

wd808 reserves the right to request additional verification documents, conduct phone verification, or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Repeated failed withdrawal attempts or requests from unverified Accounts may trigger enhanced security review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

wd808 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of offer. By claiming or accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements indicate the number of times bonus funds must be bet before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes between 50-100% depending on bet type and odds.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The wd808 welcome bonus offers new Players a 100% match on their first deposit up to a maximum of Rp 5,000,000. To qualify, your first deposit must be at least Rp 50,000. The bonus is automatically credited within 5 minutes of deposit confirmation. Wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. Maximum bet while bonus is active is Rp 50,000 per game round or sports bet. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period results in forfeiture of bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

wd808 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other Players, arbitrage betting, using automated systems or bots, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering with minimal loss, and any other activity wd808 determines to be contrary to the spirit of promotional offers. wd808 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and terminate Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.

Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus per Account is permitted at any time. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the terms of the specific offer.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

wd808 offers sports betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, badminton, tennis, volleyball, e-sports, and other events. All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and bet type as published on the wd808 website. In the event of ambiguity, industry-standard betting rules apply.

Bets are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) and must meet the minimum stake requirement displayed for each market. Live in-play betting is subject to short delays inherent in live streaming technology; you accept this latency as part of live betting.

7.2 Casino Games

Our decision following investigation is final and binding.

If wd808 identifies an obvious error in odds, results, or payouts (including but not limited to incorrect odds display, incorrect result declaration, or technical error in payout calculation), we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct your Account balance accordingly, regardless of whether bets have been settled or funds withdrawn. You will be notified of any such correction.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wd808 and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Using wd808 Services if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds from sources not legally belonging to you or using stolen payment credentials
• Collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity through wd808
• Abusing bonuses through strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wd808 staff or other Players
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise wd808 systems
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity

wd808 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works with payment providers and industry databases to identify prohibited activity. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitations of Liability

You use wd808 Services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd808, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of wd808 Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own gambling activities or betting decisions
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions in Services
• Loss of data, corrupted files, or inability to access Services
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet services
• Losses resulting from government actions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events

Gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose money. wd808 is not responsible for gambling addiction, financial hardship, or other negative consequences that may result from irresponsible gambling. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

In no event shall wd808's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your wd808 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements may not be closed until those requirements are fulfilled or forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new Account if you wish to use wd808 Services again in the future, subject to these Terms.

10.2 Termination by wd808

wd808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to access your Account for 12 consecutive months (dormancy)
• Business decision by wd808 to cease offering Services

Upon termination by wd808 for cause (violation of Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause or for dormancy, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any applicable processing fees. wd808 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account termination decisions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd808 operates under license. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of wd808 Services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Initial Contact: You agree to first attempt resolution by contacting wd808 customer support with a detailed description of your complaint.
